A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION IN ZUARI CEMENT INDUSTRY (YERRAGUNTLA PLANT)

Abstract

This study focuses on employee job satisfaction and aims to understand employee expectations and experience at work .It examines at work .It examines key factor such as work environment ,salary, career growth, job security, and work-life balance .The study collects feedback through surveys and analyzes job satisfaction levels.
The project helps to identify gaps between that employee’s expectations and what they are experience now. By understanding these gaps, companies can improve work place policies .Increase employee satisfaction, and enhance retention. It also tracks job satisfaction trends to highlight areas that need improvement.
The main objective is to provide insights for better workforce management and create a positive work environment.
