Abstract

Employee satisfaction is a factor in motivation, selection, on a good achievement in the work place. The purpose of the study is to analyze employee satisfaction, retention staff levels, and organization success.

The research purpose of this study investigations the impact of employee satisfaction on performance on a dissatisfaction among employees, employee performance and organizational commitment.

Data is collected from both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.

The findings of the study reveal that within the organization, most of the employees are satisfied with their jobs but remain dissatisfied with their work and conditions.
