A STUDY ON PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL IN AMRUTH AGRO FARMS PVT. LTD

Abstract

This study aims to examine in the level of performance appraisal of employee with reference to the various factors provided in the organization. To know about the performance appraisal provided by the organization to their employees.
Data collected from both qualitative and quantitative methods use closed ended type of the questionnaires .The research shows that the performance in Sri Amruth the employees are satisfied with their jobs. But they reminds dissatisfied with their working hours and salaries. In conclusion providing the suggestions to Sri Amruth to improve performance appraisal programs for the well being of both employees and organizations.
